Not my best week!!!!

Well, it has definately not been my best week, but things are starting to look up! So I had that big bandage under my eye for one whole week, and boy did it make me grumpy. I'm not even kidding. When I went to work last Saturday it drove me crazy but we kept laughing because I had to tip my head down so far to be able to see anything. Jenna kept catching me trying to find my foils and bleach. So between the bandage and my big growing belly I really couldn't see a thing. As the week progressed the bandage got bigger and farther up to my eye, and I really had to strain to see. I have never felt so sorry for my dad having only one real eye. Yes, that's true! My dad had an accident as a kid and lost one of his eyes. Sad Huh? Today I went to the doctor to get the stiches out from under my eye, and I was able to talk the nurse into taking out some of the stiches by my ear. It's sooooooo nice to finally have that bandage off. After that doctor visit my mom and I went to old navy and it was fun to be able to shop. I don't know about anyone else, but shopping is not on my priority list having three small kids, and one on the way. It's nice to be able to do it once in a GREAT while. After that we went to my Dr. Appointment with Dr. Paul. He said everything seems to be going well, and the baby sounds good. Now hopefully I can keep her in as long as I'm supposed to. Jenna did my hair tonight because boy did I need a pick me up! Thanks Aunt Jen!!! I think this is the ugliest pregnancy I've had, and I don't like that one bit. Ha ha! I better get going to bed because tomorrow we are going on a trip to Utah to visit Uncle Matt, Aunt Michele, and their cute little Ava. Fun times with the Brinkies! I'll post a picture of my lovely skin graft when I get back. It actually does look like it will look good. Right now it is still a little bruised, and I have to keep gobbs of neosoporin on it at all times! Sorry if I've been a downer. Next time I'm going to be an upper! What!?!

Try Vitamin E on the scars. It helped with my C-Section scar. You can get the pills at Walmart and just break them open and spread it on the scar!

You have been through a lot the past couple weeks, on top of being pregnant, and have handled it extraordinarily well! I never knew that your dad only had one eye, crazy. I once had an employee with one eye and he would take the fake one out and bounce it on the counter and pop it back in. It was gross and funny at the same time.

Oh scars are just a mark to help you to remember a memory, good or bad. Ain't nothin' wrong with them! And you are beautiful no matter how ugly you feel! I don't believe you've ever had an ugly day in your life - I'm sure Kelly would agree. Tell Matt 'Hi' - it's been years since I've talked to him. Les
