Kaylee was so excited Sunday night she could hardly fall asleep. She is so lucky to have Amamda as her teacher this year, and she has tons of friends in her class. She was so excited to be line leader, and she got to take things to the office too. It was so fun to hear that she had such a great day. Thanks Amanda!!!

Before school we met by Tracy's mother-in-laws and me, Kelly, n my sistas walked our elementary kids to school. They are all so cute, and they all had skinny jeans on. I had to convince Kaylee that all of her cousins would be wearing theirs even the older ones. She then decided to wear hers too. She's a little picky about tight things. Haha! She's her fathers daughter.
Oh Kenzie wanted to be in the picture too!

Nate & Drew 2nd grade. Tyler & Kaylee 1st grade. Jake in 4th grade.

Alexa, Tyler, Kaylee.

For those of you who read Nienie's blog I coppied her so bad! I loved her idea of a back to school feast, so we had one last night. I made the girls crowns, and everyone had a name tag where they were supposed to sit. At first Kenzie didn't like her crown, and she said I made Kaylee's sparkly because I like her better. I know Kenz has a little complex so I remade hers then she was very happy!

Through out dinner we talked and laughed, and told the girls that we were having this feast because we wanted them to know how special they are, and that we love them so much. I know they felt special!

The feast consisted of roast, potatoes & carrots, french bread, & ceasar salad. After dinner I gave baths while Kelly cleaned up. Yay! Then we all sat down again to have ice cream with sprinkles, and chocolate. To end the evening Kelly gave the girls each a blessing. They were nervous at first but quickly learned that they liked to have a fathers blessing. Ky quickly climbed up on the chair and wanted his own blessing too. He was so cute we could hardly contain ourselves. Kelly and I decided we loved having a back to school feast, and we will definately make it a tradition. Only it will get better and better every year.

Kaylee was so cute this morning that I thought I needed another picture! I miss my little Kaylee friend when she is gone all day, but I am so excited for her! I drew a little heart on her hand so when she sees it she can remember me throughout the day:)
